Coach Tony Rivera was born in Flint Michigan and raised in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. As a player, he was a key part of the 18u Puerto Rico National Team Pan American Games and went on to coach the Puerto Rico National 2005-2006 Team. Rivera played at Mott College in Michigan and went on to play in the Dominican Summer League, Puerto Rico Winter League, and Winter Instructional with the St. Louis Cardinals. He has worked as an instructor at Discipline Baseball and coached the 2007 AAU National Championship team. Rivera has been with the Wolverines for 5 years, and has helped over 40 young men achieve professional and collegiate careers.
