Wolverines Testimonials

“Ok. Great. When you get a chance let me know when the new season training starts. I have to tell you that we are very happy with your organization.  My son has improved his game and his confidence and makes good friends on the team. That is really important for his age. We are looking forward for the new season and we are recommending the Wolverines to a few other parents in our baseball league. I will let them know about the tryouts.”

“Wow… travel ball the way it should be.   I missed some of your meeting on Sunday talking to a couple of the dads. I look forward to seeing the kids play.”

“I want to say thanks for all you have done this season.  …. enjoys all the instruction.  He commented yesterday morning how you were getting them ready for the big field and how important that is for him since he is only 2 years away from trying out for high school.

You have brought these guys a long ways from where they started in August.  I didn’t think we could accomplish this much.  I wasn’t even sure that we would win a game without … pitching before the fall ended.

Like I said, I am amazed at the improvement and we are looking forward to spring and Cooperstown.”

“Hope everything is great with you.  I wanted to see if you had time in the near future to give …. a tune up batting lesson. He is struggling a little and you have always done a great job with him.  I can be available pretty much all weekend.”

“Your kids played a great game against us (9u CBC Bears) again this weekend.  Your boys hit the ball very well and made the plays when they had to.  Our game against you guys was the most focused our kids have been in the last 4 weeks and it was an enjoyable game to watch.  You guys run a class program and it is our belief the only way our kids will get better is by playing against programs like yours.  Frankly, your team is the main reason why we travel to Central Florida because we want our kids to play against the best in the State.”

“I wanted to personally thank you for the incredible amount of class you and your organization showed yesterday in the USSSA tourney. I’ve always been impressed with the quality and style of play of the Wolverines but the way you handled our coaching staff error yesterday earned even a higher level of respect in my eyes. It’s very nice to see quality coaches in the travel ball world doing what’s right for the kids, and not just your kids but all the kids. I promise you on my word as a man that we never intended to break the rules and always thought it was 3-6-9. We learned a lesson in knowing the rules and how to handle ourselves as coaches should we ever be in the same situation. Again, a sincere thank you. Good luck this weekend. …., Asst Coach.” West Florida Young Guns 9u

“Thanks again for your time.  Obviously we could not speak last night as you were very busy.  I love the way practice was run, the demand for proper fundamentals.  …. has learned so much in the week he has spent with you.  Last night was like watching a real Baseball practice, something they will face as they get older.  …. got in the car, looks at me and says they do things different.  He said I got corrected on things I was doing, that my old coach taught me to do.  I told him now you are learning to do it right, he said I know.  He told me he had a lot of fun, he does well under your style of coaching, what a great experience.  Any way I just wanted to know where things were at.”

“I am looking for some information in regards to getting my 8 y/o son involved with travel baseball. He will be turning 8 in June and I would like information so I am prepared for the fall season. He just completed his 2 full year of baseball at …. Little League and will be playing in a league this summer in Illinois along with spending a week at a summer baseball camp. I have managed his team for those two years and I believe he is ready for the next level. He lives and breathes baseball and not because of my involvement he is just a fanatic. It’s for this reason along with what I believe is good skills that I get him involved with a travel team that will improve his skills and knowledge. I have been told your club is the best in Orlando and have come highly recommended. I have spoken to some the parents who have kids on your team and have not heard anything negative. Even though your facility is a bit of a drive and the costs are a little high for our budget I am willing to do whatever is best for my son and his development. If you could provide me with any feedback, suggestions and/or guidance in order to know what to expect for the upcoming season I would be greatly appreciative.”
